We contracted with Scott for significant home damage related to an ice jam this winter. The damage was significant however our insurance company proposed significantly less money for repairs. Scott took control of all further contact and negotiations with them. His efforts resulted in a substantial increase in approved repairs and reimbursement from the insurance company.
It was truly a pleasure working with Scott. He is knowledgeable and efficient. In addition I found him to be very personable and friendly. I am confident that we would not have been able to reach the agreed upon settlement without his involvement. There is no question that given an unfortunate future loss at our home I would not hesitate to call Scott immediately.
